What if the painting is out of stock?
To order an out of stock painting, all you need to do is to send us your requirements via contact form and we will fulfill it.
I want to order a customized painting.
To order a customized painting you need to provide us the details of the paintings, for example, text, colors’ scheme, dimensions (in cm) by filling in the contact form.
How will the painting be shipped?
You may choose whether you want the painting to be shipped in ‘rolled form’ or ‘ready-to-hang’ form.
The painting of dimensions up to 20×40 (inches) or 51×120 (cm) can be sent in ‘ready-to-hang’ (stretched) form. Any painting bigger than this dimensions will only be shipped in ‘rolled form’.
What does shipping in 'rolled form' means?
The painting is made on a canvas. Shipping a painting in ‘rolled form’ means it will not be stretched and the customer will have to stretch it or frame it himself/herself.
What does shipping a painting in 'ready-to-hang' form means?
‘Ready-to-hang’ form means that the painting will be shipping in stretched form and you it is ready to be hanged as is. (please note we do not frame the painting).
How long does the shipping take?
The shipping takes around 10 working days for international shipment and 7 working days for nationwide shipping.
How long do you take to make a painting on demand?
An estimated duration for an on-demand painting will be 4-6 weeks from the day order was completed to the day a customer will receive it.
